Clarity-Flow ("we", "us", or "our") provides a daily planning tool that helps you turn your tasks, energy, and available time into a focused plan. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information. When you sign up, our authentication provider (Clerk) stores your name and email address.
• Plan content. The tasks, priorities, energy level, available hours, and constraints you enter, along with the plans we generate for you.
• Usage data. Basic activity such as when you sign in and how many plans you generate, used to enforce plan limits and improve the product.
• Payment information. Web subscription payments are processed by Stripe. In the iOS app, Apple processes subscription payments and RevenueCat helps validate purchases and restore subscription access. We receive purchase history, product and entitlement information associated with your account, but never your full payment card details.

How we use your information

• To generate your daily plans (your inputs are sent to our AI provider, OpenAI, to produce the plan).
• To personalize suggestions based on your recent planning habits.
• To manage your account, subscription, and plan limits.
• To maintain, secure, and improve the service.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the product, including Clerk (authentication), Stripe (web payments), Apple and RevenueCat (iOS purchases and subscription access), and OpenAI (plan generation). These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and security practices.

Data retention

We keep your account and plan data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account from the iOS app's Account screen or request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

Your choices

• You can update your profile through your account settings.
• You can manage or cancel web subscriptions through the billing portal and iOS subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting your Clarity-Flow account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
• You can request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us.

Children's privacy

Clarity-Flow is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do.
